Vehicle Detail

Honda CT90 Trail 1974 / Clean title / 2 keys which work for all key positions. Ignition, steering lock, and helmet holder / auxiliary gas tank This bike is in perfect condition. I don't just find these bikes and clean them up. I go far beyond that. I first clean the bike. I than go through the bike to see what issues it has and fix them. I test the bike for a few weeks before I even consider selling it. I haven't just ridden the bike up and down the street. I rode this bike to work and back for a solid month, about two days a week. I make sure I can ride the bike for that amount of time and I don't have any issues. Here is what has been done to the bike: 1) New Tubes and Tires 2) New Top end on the motor including gaskets replaced from the inside cases out. Not one oil leak. I put over 100 miles on the bike and the rings should be well seated by now. (this included hours of cleaning the valve seats and checking all functioning parts inside the motor that tend to break) 3) Rebuilt and cleaned the carb 4) Replaced the plastic center down tube (these are always cracked or in bad shape) 5) Professionally painted and auto shop clear coated all plastic parts 6) New decals applied (expect the ones that were in good shape to start) 7) Replaced bulbs in the speedometer, so everything works now 8) Cleaned the chain as well as lubed and adjusted 9) Polished the points and flywheel cases 10) Brand new battery 11) Replaced exhaust with NOS exhaust. Old exhaust had a hole near the back end 12) Replaced the shocks. The old ones would bottom out (this is why I spend the time to ride the bike before I sell it). I'm a muscular build at 200lbs and 5-11, with myself and a backpack it wouldn't hold me. New shocks have been tested and work great as well as make the bike handle better I read about survivors and all original bikes. This is beyond that. I replaced everything that needed to be replaced. I spent hours on the motor to make sure all the oil leaks were corrected and a complete gasket set was applied. I can go about 45MPH when cruising along. The bike shifts well. Please keep in mind when bidding that you are dealing with a 40 year old bike. They are going to take more maintenance than your normal brand new bike. With this being said there is no refunds and no warranty. I try to make sure the bike is ready for a new home like I would want, but your dealing with a older bike. This is a great little bike. I have owned a few of them and this one is by far the nicest CT I have owned. It's great to cruise around the neighborhood as well as take a nice trip to work. I get thumbs up all the time. The parts and pieces are all there including a rust free auxiliary gas tank. The chrome is all in great shape. I think the pictures should speak for themselves. If you have any questions please ask before bidding. I can meet any transport company you would like. The bike is at my warehouse which is in a high travel business district. This should make transport as easy as possible. I have a loading dock as well as a forklift if the transport company needs it. I think this will keep your cost of shipping down. The zip location is 80239. GOOD LUCK BIDDING!
