Up for sale is a restored 1968 Ford Mustang. Car includes several new pieces installed within the last few years and are as follows:-3 speed C4 automatic transmission that was rebuilt in 2010. Shift kit installed when rebuilt.-New Motor in 2011. 5.0L 302 V8 with 15k miles. -Motor has upgraded: Edelbrock mid-rise dual plane high performance intake manifold. Holley 4brl 390CFM Street series carburetor. MSD ready-to-run pro-billet distributor with MSD Blaster coil 2. Ford Racing valve covers and matching spark plug wires. Headman Headers with 2.5" straight pipe exhaust with glasspacks installed. 3 core all aluminum radiator with 14in electric fan conversion.-Driveshaft replaced in 2012 with new u-joints on both ends.-ALL front end suspension parts replaced in 2011. New upper and lower control arms. Inner and outer tie rods. All bushings replaced. Shocks and springs new as well. Some rust underneath as you would come to expect from a 50 year old car but nothing detrimental. -INTERIOR has been completely redone with the exception of a few things. ALL pieces replaced in 2011 including: New seats, new carpet, new dash (all pieces), new gauge cluster with electro luminescent gauges. New door panels and arm rests, New center console. New dash pad. New rear speaker deck. New steering wheel. New headliner. Headliner began to come up in back passenger side of car recently. -Pieces on the exterior have been recently replaced too such as: Rear valance, rear taillight panel, both taillight covers, and rear bumper. The rear right quarter panel is not in the best shape but I do have a brand new quarter panel that will be included in the sale. *VEHICLE HAS JUST PASSED INSPECTION*The last thing the car really needs is paint. The body work that was done to the rear of the car left the back end un-painted (primer) and the hoods paint is cracking. This was the last thing that I really needed to do in order to get the car to a "full resto" status. I have several pieces that I have collected over the years that I will include in the sale such as: All four tires and baby moon style rims. Factory intake manifold and factory rebuilt 2 barrel carb. Edelbrock 4 barrel 600 CFM carb. New door handles, window cranks, and passenger side window regulator (window sometimes falls). And as mentioned above, the brand new passenger side rear quarter panel too.The car has little work left that needs to be done but I do not have the time to finish it the way I would like. I am hoping that I can pass it on and the car will finally be completed with what little left needs to be done.
