You are bidding on a 1977 Porsche 911S Targa. 119K original miles. Original factory air conditioning, I believe that it needs to be recharged, but everything looks to be there. Original color and interior, looks like it was repainted at some point. I believe that the color is called Chocolate Brown, and the interior color is called Cork. Books and records. Runs and drives great. Converted to Weber carburators at some point. Engine leaks a little oil which is pretty normal for these cars. Has NO RUST ANYWHERE, and as far as I can tell never had any, super solid! No accident repair that I can find, perfect front and rear panels with original paint under hood in trunk area, and front door jambs. Original VIN plates and VIN sticker in door jamb. All gaps are very nice and straight, doors open and close as they should and lock properly, windows work properly, front hood and trunk open and close well. Paint looks good except for areas on front hood, driver door, and driver side rear quarter area where it looks like the paint is lifting up in spots, looks like it had poor paint preparation in those areas (tried to take close up pics, but it's hard to see in the pics). Only dings that I can find are a ding at the driver side rear quarter lower area just behind the door, and a small dent in the left rear bumper bellow area (see pics). Excellent base for a future full restoration and drive as is and enjoy until then. Why buy a non running "project" or "barn find" that may very well need thousands of $$$ repairing rust, and thousands of $$$ just to get the car running and driving??? Drive this one and enjoy it!! Top is very nice with the headliner still in place and in good shape, top itself is very nice with no rips or tears, interior is very nice for it's age, has a couple of cracks on the dash, and stitching on seats needs to be re stitched in a couple of spots. Carpets are really nice as are the door panels and rear seats and rear panels. Everything works, headlights, blinkers, gauges, etc. Has the factory leather interior, and the factory SPORT steering wheel. Clean Florida title in previous owner's name. Was going to keep, but building new house and need the cash. This is the better model 911S, and not the normal 911.
