I am the third owner. I purchased this Lincoln on Ebay from a gentleman in Ohio in March of 2006. The Town Car interior was first offfered in 1969 after appearing on the 1968 auto show cars. The bad stuff: needs paint, needs new vinyl top, and work on the carb (it has a lag) and it has rust. The good stuff: I started with the mechanical and spent a little over $12,000.00 on the car in addition to the purchase price. The interior is in very good condition with only two holes on the top of the rear seat. On Apr-27-14 at 11:23:49 PDT, seller added the following information: Between 2006, when I purchased this Lincoln and 2010 I have receipts for $12,286.44 in mechanical repairs. Parts were mostly from Baker Automotive in Putnam CT, and Lincoln Land if Florida.
