What a barn find. A 1963 XKE FHC disassembled but looks complete. Bonnet looks great with little or no nose dents. Floors are rusted but the trunk, sides and doors look good. This has the original rag top roof that was a dealer option (a fairly rare option). The car has the independent rear suspension (IRS) module and it looks intact. It has a 3.8L motor (serial number: 20012NC) and a complete MOSS 4 speed trans mission with bell housing (serial number: EB8102). One part I can not find is the steering rack and the seats. Mercifully, these are inexpensive to buy re-manufactured or new. Dash is complete. I see what looks to be all the trim pieces and interior bits in the mass of parts boxes. Clearly this car was taken apart to start a restoration and then sat for a great while. Car has 4 good looking original wire wheels (the painted ones as these were standard). Other than that, ask questions; look at the pictures; bid as you wish! I have a fork truck and can load for you.
