Hi, You are bidding on a nice 1976 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible Coupe. This car is one of the same make and models featured in the Macklemore "White Walls" Rap song. The guy with the green/blue caddy with the pit bulls has a 76 convertible coupe. I have taken this car recently on a 2+ hour 70mph trip on the interstate and didn't have a problem with it. The car starts right up and idles fine. All the lights work, highbeams, low beams, turn signals. Wipers work, vents work. Convertible top goes up and down with a flick of a switch. The brakes are nice and tight, not soft or spongey. The body is straight without any dints or dings or wreck/collision marks anywhere on the car. All the chrome is there and all the trim is there. The car doesn't leak any fluids and no puddles are under the car or anything. Dry as a bone. This is a nice classic car from Detroit's finest hour and one of the last massive Cadillac "land yachts" ever produced. ******************************************** PROS: Comes with both Parade Boot and Leather Snap Cover New Working Convertible Top and Rear Glass New Exhaust System. New Steering Wheel and Column New Dash with Gauge Instrument Clusters with Trim Extra Parts including new NOS trim parts, Cadillac "script" trim, reflectors, two spare tires, set screws and more. CONS: No carpet... No carpet in trunk and what little is left in the front needs to be replaced. The left drivers side Convertible top latch feels loose. Still works fine, but feels loose to touch. The rear drivers side quarter panel does have some bubbling/rust marks around the wheel well. This is the largest area and only major area of rust on the car. Over the car there are small/tiny specks of rust smaller then a dime. Due to this, the car would NEED repainting at some point. The right rear bumper filler body panel piece is cracked and faded...(common on ALL 70s caddys) the other bumper filler panels look fine with no cracks. Radio works, but is mostly static. Maybe a wire to the antenna is disconnected or something. All speakers work just static mostly. AC works but doesn't blow cold air. ********************************** That's about it on the car. I have described it to the best of my ability. Really cool ride and I get compliments all the time on the car when I take it out. Really powerful and massive 500 engine really throws you back into the seat when you comp the gas. Anyone local is welcomed to come and look at the car. I drove it 2+ hours on the interstate going 70mph, didn't have any problems. So I would be confidant that if you were 1-4 hours away you could drive this home.
