Vehicle Detail
Here is a nice restorable 66 Grand Prix still wearing it's original Platinum silver paint. Rust free California built Arizona car that is complete and unmolested. Title is checked actual miles.Floors and trunk are solid. No rust through or patches. Body is nice and straight except for a karate chop on the peak of the hood that looks like a garage door was closed on it. All the chrome and die-cast trim is there and very nice. Glass is all nice and all roll up except for driver's glass. The track is hanging up inside the door. Interior is typical desert cooked but alot of it is still good. Door panels, rear seat, and all chrome inside is very nice. The front bucket seat cushions are split, the headliner, rear shelf and dash pad are toast. Steering wheel plastic is also cracked. Woodgrain overlays on dash and console are also dry rotted. Seatbelts are there along with a super rare factory reverb unit mounted in the trunk with the switch on the dash. Radio is not original though .Motor looks all original and complete except for the missing a.i.r pump which would be part of the California emissions. Gas tank has been removed but is included and is in nice condition. Looks like someone started to replace the pickup tube and gave up on the project and parked the car. Motor spins over and has spark and wants to fire but just wont stay running on carb gas alone. Probably a dry rotted carb issue. 389 4 barrel dual exhaust .factory air conditioning. tires are 14" roller with original hub caps. Overall this is a great car to restore to original or make a resto mod out of. These cars are getting very hard to find in this condition. Clear Arizona title
