Up for auction is a 55 Chevy Bel Air 4 door. Here is a classic project for you and your child or just for you. My husband bought this car with the intentions of restoring it, however he has found other projects that take up all of his time. When he brought it home he parked it and has sat there. When he bought this it had been previously used on a drag strip at one time, so it does have drag bars under it as well as a hood scoop on the top with hood pins. The hood springs will need to be replaced. There is a small crack in the windshield so he did buy a new windshield for it which he has in the back seat of the car. There is nothing under the hood, no engine or transmission. The body is good and straight. No dents. There is minor surface rust, and I believe one small place that the rust is starting to rust through. I have provided a picture of it. The floor is good and solid in it. It has bucket seats in it. The interior is in fair to poor shape. Overall it is a good solid old car. It has aluminum wheels on it. The tires are up on it. I will let the pictures better describe the car.
