I have a 1969 Impala 2dr for sale. Car has been sitting for many years untouched. Engine is original 327 2bbl 245hp with original Power glide trans. Engine turns over freely and fires but the carb is seized up from sitting for so long. All the trim on the car is in great cond. Bumpers are in great cond,no dents or bends{need to be re chromed}. All glass is good No cracks. Windshield is turning white along sides. The front grille and headlight bezels are in great cond. No cracks or breaks. Nothing missing from under hood. Hood is in great cond. Fenders have usual rust on bottom. Doors are in great cond. No dents. Interior is complete but in rough condition. Have all the original hubcaps. Car has power steering and manual brakes. Trunk floor and car floor pans are very rusty. Car has sat on flat tires for many years. Rims are rusted beyond use. Rust has eaten thru around windshield and back glass. Trim has been removed and stored inside car. Frame appears to be in good condition. Would need a complete restoration or use for a donor car. Let me try to give some more details. The floor pans and the trunk pan would need to be replaced not repaired. The car has sat on flat tires for a long time. Rust has eaten thru around the windshield and back glass. Not sure how this would be repaired. There may be more rust that I have not found in other areas. The rims are rusted and not useable. I will install another set of rims so car can be loaded onto a trailer. It would take a lot of work to repair the car. But it is a complete unmolested car. Nothing is missing and it has a lot of good parts. Interior is rough but nothing is missing. It would make a good donor car for all the parts. Hood fenders glass engine trans grille bumpers interior parts original hub caps and so on. The car has a clear South Carolina title. Buyer would need to pick up the car or make arrangements to have it shipped. Hope this helps explain the condition of the car a little better.
