First and Foremost: Please be advised that this vehicle has substantial body rust and other cosmetic blemishes that you would expect on a 25 year-old truck. I ordered and purchased this truck in late 1988 and have meticulously maintained it since. Unfortunately, due to the size of this truck, I was unable to garage it. The salting of the roads in the Northeast has eaten up the body.The truck was mainly used on the weekends/vacations and went from NY to Florida several times. This truck runs great. The upper half of the engine was rebuilt about 6 years ago due to a leaking head gasket and the heads were completely rebuilt. The transmission was resealed about 5 years ago also due to a seal leak. Fuel and brake lines as well as brakes on all wheels were replaced in the last 2 years. It cruises along the open highway very nicely. Due to the straight front axle, driving on bumpy local roads can get a little bouncy.
