This find was built originally as an SS 396. The car was stolen and engine and identifiers removed. It has since been replaced with a fresh 427 CI, 450HP Corvette engine. The positraction, automatic on console work flawlessly. The vehicle has no rust and no structural damage history. It is a straight car, excellent driver with very original appearance. Red on black with black stripes, the poster child for the marketing team at Chevrolet. Vehicle has a clear Florida rebuilt title after the California re classification. Car is licensed, insured and driven regularly. The odometer is accurate to our knowledge with just over 60,000 miles and the engine has around 2500 miles. Never raced or beat.
