Vehicle Detail

2002 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4.0L TJ 4x4 3.5" Rubicon Lift, 35" Tires, VR8000 Winch, Lots of Toys, LOADED! Please read ad in full before contacting me or submitting an offer. Please Read --> First off, I buy quality older Jeeps and fix them up to resell. This is my 4th TJ (have done 2 JKs as well) that I've purchased, added mods, and resold. This is what I do for a hobby as I don't make much of a profit, I actually lose a lot of money most of the time. Anyone that knows Jeeps knows you never get what you put into them. They are definitely money pits, but nothing beats the Jeep experience. While its an expensive hobby, its fun and I love Jeeps. When this one sells, I'll go buy another, start from scratch, and lose my shirt again. LATEST JEEP: This one has a AutoCheck 96/100 which is just unheard of for a vehicle this age, nevermind a Wrangler (normal range for a 02 Wrangler is 29-59). It's clean as a whistle, had 1-Owner (plus myself obviously), 115k highway miles, a true GEM! And we all know Wranglers are work horses that kick butt for decades, well over 200,000 miles (the reason for their ridiculously high resale values). This is a Sahara model, which was the top-of-the-line Jeep for that year (Rubicon model didn't exist yet). Adult owned, driven, and was never used as a off-road/trail Jeep - I purchased it stock for 11k cash ($13500 sticker) from Orlando Kia off East Colonial Drive about 6 months ago with the sole intention of putting it on steroids to sell to another lucky Jeeper. After a few months of elbow grease and adding lots of new expensive toys, this sucker is a BEAST! I honestly feel like I can drive through a brick building when I'm behind the wheel, it's pretty awesome. ***** This Jeep is $10,525 KBB Private-Party Value when stripped down and STOCK. ***** (See KBB screen print in photos) HERE IS WHAT HAS BEEN RECENTLY DONE TO TURN IT INTO THE BEAST IT IS TODAY: *Everything is documented with receipts! I have receipts and documentation for EVERYTHING. This is what I paid for this Jeep and put into it in just the last 6 months, most of it at a discount because I'm a frequent customer. All these goodies are brand new! Almost everything is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If you want to add even more, just stop into Jeeper's Den in Orlando and tell them you bought one of Shaun's Jeeps - they'll give you the best prices in town. As you can see, sometimes I go overboard on my Jeeps and put more into it than I can sell it for. This is one of those cases. That's OK because I had a blast building it and know some Jeeper is going to have a blast driving it. So if you were considering buying a quality older Jeep to jack up and add some toys, let me save you a few thousand bucks and sell you this monster. It's not every day do you find a 96/100 TJ with brand new tires, wheels, lift, and toys for less than cost. Make an offer, even the BIN price is a bargain. Cash, certified check only, sorry no financing or trades. Frequently Asked Questions: Why are you selling it? Scroll up and read from the beginning. :) Any accidents? If you scroll up, I've provided potential buyers a free AutoCheck score and complete vehicle history report from Ebay and Experian. Most people selling vehicles (especially Jeeps) on eBay don't offer this because they want to hide how many times the vehicle has changed hands or any accidents its been in. ***There is an issue with eBay motors where sometimes the AutoCheck report does not always show. I have provided a screen print below just in case. I can send you the full detailed report via email as well. Will you take a trade as partial payment? No. The price is really high, I can get a new one for that price! ^This one is my favorite. This is a great example of comparing apples to oranges. Some people are up in the clouds. Why do you keep buying/selling if you're losing money? It's the thrill of a good find, spending hours in my garage working on it, and the fun of listing it on ebay. An expensive hobby, but cheaper than some others! I don't quite have that much saved up, will you take half and do payments? Too much risk and headaches involved with seller financing. I'd recommend visiting a local credit union, they're pretty good with loans for older vehicles. However, you will need almost half down plus a pretty good credit score. This type of vehicle will be more appealing to a cash buyer. What's the reserve price? I'm shooting for the BIN price because even that is a hefty $3000 loss for me. But the reserve price is a considerable amount less. I do this for fun so if the listing expires without meeting the reserve I'll just relist it. Someone that knows Jeeps and how awesome a 96/100 AutoCheck score is will eventually come along and realize what a great deal it is. *** NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. ONLY BID IF YOU HAVE THE FUNDS TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION. If you bid, you are expressing your intent to purchase the vehicle. If you don't follow through with the purchase the deposit is non-refundable. Please secure financing PRIOR to bidding. I have described the vehicle to the best of my ability and have a great eBay feedback rating. I consider myself honest and trustworthy. These listings are expensive and time consuming, please do not waste my time if you do not have the funds or financing. On May-16-14 at 11:57:42 PDT, seller added the following information: Hey everyone, I value my ebay feedback rating and want people to be happy with their purchase. So please ask as many questions as you need to prior to bidding. All of these pictures are in HD but I had to resize them to fit in the ad. If there is a specific one you want to see in HD just email me. An average person already knows that any 12 year old vehicle is not going to be flawless, regardless of how well its taken care of. There are going to be tiny nicks, dents, runs, etc here and there - especially on a Jeep. I cleaned this baby up good and took lots of pictures from every angle. If there is an angle I missed and you want it, just ask. So please examine the pictures, scrutinize every detail, and ask lots of questions. I want to make sure you are 100% comfortable with your purchase and know EXACTLY what you're getting. But best of all if you live fairly close to Orlando, let's schedule a time for you to test drive it and see it in person. Thanks and happy bidding. -Shaun
