Vehicle Detail
I am selling my 1963 corvair. It runs great with no leaks. Clear Title!!!! It has a manual trans, 4speed. It has a 6 cylinder rebuilt engine which I had done in 2009. I never reset the odometer, it says 51030, but it has only about 1000 miles on it since 2009. The passenger side tail light doesn't work, and is the only problem that would keep it off the road. I have re done most of the interior: newly reupholstered front bucket seats, new door panels on doors, i have the panels for the back seat in the trunk, brand new. I have included the headliner as well, brand new in the trunk. new carpet installed. the window handles I have don't seem to attach on the doors, i have vise grips on them. I have two radios, one wrong year, but may fit, neither installed. I have a pad over the dash, it has residue from old padded dash under it. It has the original black plates and the registration is current. I have driven this car very minimally since getting it on the road in 2009. It is mainly for weekends at the beach. It has some rust in the engine compartment from being stored near the beach, but this does not affect its performance. It has been converted to an alternator. The car was originally built during the first week of March, 1963, in Van Nuys, CA. Monza body #10559 for model year 1963 Trim 732, interior color, "blue metallic" Paint 914, Monaco blue (the paint on this car isn't the original color, this is an aftermarket paint job, blue with metal flake)Accessories F= tinted windshield C=padded dashL=manual transEngine T0225YN, made at Tonawonda, New York on February 25, 1963. It is the high performance 105 horsepower.Rear axle AH 01 02, built on January 2, 1963 and is a 3:27 gear ratio Tons of extra parts come with it in the trunk!!!!!!!Fun car with old aloha surf racks on it!!!!!!!!!! Ask me any questions, I will do what I can to answer them!
