Just in time for the 50th Anniversary of the Mustang!!! Here for sale is my Uncles 1968 Mustang California Special GT clone? Please call me to discuss this issue, I will explain it to you in person. For this reason, I am going to list this as a clone. It has had a full rotisserie restoration. Every nut and bolt were removed and either replaced or restored. This car was finished 6 years ago and has had 35k miles put on it. The only thing on the car that will need to be finished, is it will need a new A/C compressor and hoses. I also have the original Carb and manifold which will come in the sale. I just noticed that the headliner has a small imperfection on the drivers side rear. My preference is that anyone that is seriously interested in this car, either come in person to inspect this car, or have a qualified shop go over the car to see how high the standard of the restoration is. I am close to SNA airport and I will pick you up to see the car. I am also close to the restoration shop Fast Fords and Mustangs, if you make arraignments I can take the car there for an inspection at your cost. I just took it to see them and they said it was a very nice #2 car and should be worth around $26k Please look at all the pictures I have posted and if you have any questions, please call me @ 949-306-5390 anytime. The reserve is less than prices I see some similar cars on Craigslist that are unrestored. I ask that a $200 deposit be made immediately after the auction is over or I will offer the car to the next bidder. This is to close my Uncles Estate and I do not want someone winning the car and then have any excuses why they can not go thru with the sale.
