(TRANSMISSION) New TH 400 built transmission with 2500 B&M stall - (Overdrive Transmission available- upgrade). Custom built transmission mount. (DRIVE TRAIN) All new drivetrain 4 wheel disk brakes with adjustable Russel billet aluminum proportioning valve. Chevy big five front clip [1985 Chevy ] all 5 on 5-1/2 anti-sway bar with custom made mounts. Ford 9 inch [Ford 9 Inch 31 Spline posi 3.55 Gearing] All new Power Steering components with new saginaw gear box, ball joints tie rod, inner and outer, New pitman arm, idler arm and center drag link. New bearings on rear axel and front spindles. New 31 spine axels in 9 inch with new third member 355 gears with posi trac. New balanced driveline with all components. All new polyurethane bushings. Every component is brand new. 6-6 Drop with Belltech lowered spindles and springs. (FRAME) Frame was media blasted. The frame was CNC custom designed for new front and rear frame components. 17 Gal. Aluminum Fuel Cell with custom one off CNC designed frame rail/basket design to alleviate stress on the tank and added support to back half of frame. Redesigned front clip of frame to mold modern technology to the 60's era - old design (BODY) Zero rust Original body media blasted and brought back to better than new condition after 10 cycles of blocking and guide coating. Welded in roll pan, filled in bed stake holes, shaved rear body lines and front body lines. Finished off with a Sealing primer and PPG three stage black pearl paint and high quality clear with UV protectants. Cut and buffed throughout in two stages to leave a better than mirror finish. Over 2,000 Hours in paint and body. All new polyurethane cab and fender mounts, mounted with all stainless steel hardware. Custom made billet aluminum grill. Modern xenon headlights. (WHEELS) Brand New18x8 and 18x11 5 star designed deep inset billet wheels with lower profile tires. (INTERIOR) Stainless steel IDIDIT steering Colum and billet powder coated steering wheel, Painless wiring, Brand new black leather bench seat, black carpet, LED turn signals and high beam indicator, AutoMeter old tyme white faced gauges with tac, Custom made billet stainless steel gauge panel, Retro Sound old time themed radio with custom made billet aluminum face panel, custom billet made plug in on dash for your USB plugged devices. Custom made kick panels. All new glass and rubber seals, new window felt, window regulators, knobs and handles, all new weather stripping, finished off with a hot rod satin black finish accented with custom made billet accessories you won't find anywhere else. (Vintage Air conditioning available as an upgrade) (BED) Oak finished wood bed stained with a perfectly executed Minwax Ebony stain polished off with an oil based polyurethane finish underneath and an oil based urethane finish above. Polished stainless steel strips and polished stainless steel hardware, Lockable billet gas filler latch (UNDERSIDE) All under sided fenders and cab was sealed with a rubberized undercoating and all stainless steel nuts and bolts to avoid any rust. Frame was powder coated a hot rod satin black. The underside of this beautiful one off custom ride looks just as nice under as it does above. (COOLING) Aluminum down flow radiator with a built in transmission cooler. Attached are two high flow electric fans on a temperature switch, also with a Manuel override switch.
