Vehicle Detail
This Old Motorcycle is a really nice example of the C70 Passport with very low & original miles. I do not have a title for this little scoot as I only use it for putting around my neighborhood and at vintage car & motorcycle swapmeets, etc. This is also a very popular scoot for those who travel with an RV and need interim transportation to/from their campsite. The engine turns over with good compression. The exhaust, seat brakes and suspension are in very good working order and I installed a new 6v battery back in 4Q13. She fires-up in one or two kicks and runs very nice through all the gears. Okay, so you've never ridden a motorcycle before? No worries...this C70 has an automatic transmission so there's no clutch lever to fumble with. Just shift into gear, roll on the throttle and off you go... The only issues I'm aware of are the starter motor works intermittently and the headlight (hi & low beam) does not work. Simple fixes so time permitting I will address these issues. However that said, and unless otherwise indicated, assume that you'll have to correct these issues on your own. This example is a genuine Honda C70 with plenty of service parts still available from your local Honda dealer. This will make for a really fun & economical scoot for the like-minded enthusiast...! Please carefully examine each picture as additional pictures are available upon request. I will do my best to answer your questions and remember there is no title so good luck & bid to win...! If you have any questions, please contact me. If you live close to Charlotte, NC I encourage you to come and inspect the motorcycle in person!
