2004 Land Rover Discovery II S 2004 Land Rover Discovery II S – Trail Built and Well Maintained 4.6L 4554cc 278Cu. In. V8 Gas OHV Naturally Aspirated – Automatic Transmission Sunroof, 4-Wheel Drive, Leather Seats, CD Player, Anti-Lock Brakes, Airbags This Truck has it all. Mechanically one of the best Rovers on the road. In Feb 2014, it was fully inspected bumper to bumper and maintained by Rovers Unlimited in Houston TX. There are a few dings congruent with an off-road vehicle visible in photos. But this truck is a beautiful machine and still gets parked at the Valet. All electrical works perfectly, which is huge for Land Rovers. Head Gaskets have been rebuilt (2011) and the ABS modulator is in top working order. Drive Shaft is upgraded to Tom Woods Drive Shaft in Rear. These are keys to getting a good Land Rover and have all been done correctly and recently. This Rover has been babied and completely cared for. My family and I have loved it, kids love the state parks and camping and it can hit all the off road trails. This is a 2004 Disco which means it is the only model with a locking diff switch, another key to off-roading or ice conditions. Mine is working perfectly. And it has the 4.6L V8 which is highly sought after by Rover enthusiast. Everything works, sunroofs are operational and weather tight, headliner has been changed and all drains recently sealed.
