Vehicle Detail
I've purchased this vehicle from original owner's son when it had 17500 miles. I have had it for approximately 15 years, garage kept, and some systems updated. Best wires, plugs, etc. It ran great and then I had the AC compressor replaced along with water pump in 2012. I have driven it little but it developed a hesitation and stall when coming to a stop (under 5 mph). We checked it out and found some wire set, behind the air cleaner area that; when shook, the engine straightened out. Something with that wire set needs to be looked into. Otherwise, I had at my local garages on occasion, inspection and so, and the oil drain plug needs to be changed, which I am going to do before April. At this time, I may have them check out those wires. My wife and I retired and disabilities make me unambitious to pursue keeping two cars for us. The 1984, which we loved to drive on Sundays to church and such, should go. Only true appreciators of such era vehicles and some mechanical aptitude to do some minor engine repairs should be interested. WE LOVED THIS CAR AND KEPT IT GREAT BODY WISE. THERE IS A CRACK ACROSS THE STEERING WHEEL EMBLEM WHICH I CAN HAVE REPAIRED FIRST FOR THE SERIOUS BUYER.On Mar-28-14 at 15:34:53 PDT, seller added the following information: On Mar-28-14 at 15:41:02 PDT, seller added the following information: : "DESCRIPTION ERROR NOTICED: ENGINE IS A 302 V8 CFI" Please Note!
