I am listing this rare piece of Willys automotive history for a friend of mine. Up for auction is a '55 Willys Overland rat rod project. I don't know much about the history of Willys vehicles but if you need me to look in a certain area on the vehicle just send me a message and I will try to find out and send you an answer. The body on the Willys looks to be in pretty decent shape. The previous owner had started building the Over Land on a '93 toyota rails and had a small bock chevy engine and transmission in it. I think that the rear end is from a chevy application also { please see the pictures }. The interior is pretty much bare so you can install whatever gauges, seats, creature comfort features that is to the new owners tastes. This is a rare project vehicle that is going to require a total restoration but the end result will be a very unique and one of a kind classic Hot Rod. This '55 Willys does have a clean and clear title for the new owner. The reserve is set very low so bid to win. Please look at all the pictures and ask all questions and I'll get back to you.
