The body appears to be untouched original with no prior accident history and it is as rock solid and rust free as you would expect a life long California car to be! The paint finish is shiny and gorgeous and only a couple years old! The chrome is, for the most part, new and all the glass is nice. The convertible top is in brand new condition and the power top works great! A lot of the GT options have been added to include: GT chrome styled steel wheels, GT dual exhaust, Fog lights, Deluxe steering wheel, Pony seats and GT fuel cap. The interior is extremely sharp and completely redone with new carpeting, seat covers, door panels, dash pad, steering wheel, etc.! The dash is gorgeous and the gauges all appear to work as they should. The Air Conditioning blows Ice Cold and the horns and lights all work great. The Am/FM radio needs servicing. This Classic Mustang runs and drives great and is a pleasure to drive! I don?t have receipts but papers that came with the car, detail extensive restoration to not only the cosmetics but also the mechanical components. This includes rebuilt engine and transmission, rebuilt rear end and steering box, new front and rear suspensions complete and includes some mild performance enhancements to the engine as well as addition of aluminum radiator and electric cooling fans. It appears to have been regularly serviced and should need nothing to make it a fun weekend driver! The tires are new, the exhaust is quiet and the brakes stop as they should.
