This is a 1958 Ford Custom 300. Ford only made about 56,000 of these vehicles. The 292 cuin. engine runs well but the transmission needs rebuilt before the car can be driven. To my knowledge this is the only mechanical problem with the car. I've driven it on the highway and in town and prior to the transmission going out the car drove very well.
