Vehicle Detail
1993 Honda EZ90 CubI will add more pics tonight for a total of 24 pictures...I can also supply the VIN tonight by adding to the item description.Complete, 95% original, well cared for, and in excellent running and working order. Includes clear Utah title in hand, in my name. The bike has been stored in a heated garage since new, and I am the second owner for about 2 years. The cub runs strong, and everything functions. Needs nothing to ride, or add to your collection. There is no odometer or hour counter, so I entered 999,999 miles to state the mileage as unknown. It does not have 999,999 miles :) Title, owner’s manual, factory tool kit, and key is included. The ignition key is original to the Cub and matches the front hatch cover lock. Mostly original including original tires with a lot of life left, original plastics (except hand guards), seat, etc. The only parts that aren't original from my knowledge are the chain, air filter, spark plug, and battery. I do have the original chain, air filter, and spark plug if the buyer wants them. The plastics have a nice shine and coloring, and the seat has little if any fading. The factory decals are undamaged and look great. All of the pedals and handles are intact and unbroken. All of the pedals, levers, lights, etc are fully intact and functioning properly. The bike is in amazing shape overall, but I do want to point out everything. There are no known cracks on the plastic, and very few scratches. I have tried to picture any of the scratches worth mention. There is some very minor surface rust on some of the suspension bolts, but nothing to be concerned about whatsoever. The front fork paint looks great, but does have some chips and marks. I have also tried to picture this as well. There might be a missing non-critical screw here and there, all of which can be obtained new from the Honda dealer. You will have a hard time finding a nicer Cub if it was ridden at all.Call Chris at 801-792-3868. I can't take calls until 5:30PM Mountain Time on Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri , but can respond to texts or emails during this time.Terms: $500 non-refundable Paypal deposit due at end of listing, and balance due within 72 hours via cash in person, certified cashier's check, or bank to bank wire transfer. All funds must clear my bank 100% before the bike, key, or title is released to the new owner.Buyer must pick up bike within 1 week of payment clearing or a storage fee of $25/day will be imposed to store it longer without prior arrangement. Here is some addtional history and info on the Honda EZ90 Cub:The Honda EZ90, also known as a Cub, was produced from 1991 until 1996. Designed for off-road use only, lots of Cubs were used as pit bikes (even by Honda’s ChampCar and IRL teams) as well as runabouts strapped on the back of RVs and campers. Designed to make motorcycles more friendly, the Honda EZ90 hid all of its mechanicals inside the futuristic plastic bodywork, and it even offered an electric start, in addition to the kicker. Powered by an oil injected, 2-stroke 90cc engine, this scoot was faster than you’d expect. No clutch is required for the automatic transmission. The swingarm functioned as the rear shock, and there was a little storage cubby in the front of the bike (where you see the Cub logo). Just for kicks, Honda even produced a snow-bike version (dubbed the EZ-Snow). The wheels were replaced with a steerable ski in the front and a rubber caterpillar track in the back. Unfortunately, it never made it to production – though plenty of people have made replicas.
