1964 90cc Honda M200 When I bought this thing someone had used a longer spark plug than it was designed for. The plug hit the one of the valves creating a bind and warped a pushrod. I removed the head and cylinder, cleaned the piston ring grooves and honed the sleeve, trued the push rods and removed and re lapped the intake valve. When I got it all back together I bypassed the Honda's 6 volt electrical system by connecting a hot wire from the stater to the ignition coil. It will now start and run. I put it up on the center stand and shifted through the gears. No engine noise or smoke. Clutches feel good. It will need to be completely rewired. The method I used will wear out the contact points pretty quick. I have a video of a start up and walk around on yoxxxbe but can't seem to get it to upload. My username is asemitchell on youxxbe.
