For Sale, a 1998 Subaru Forester L Title clear and in hand. Sold As Is. The interior is in good condition. Has some staining in the carpet and headboard. Seats and upholstery are in good condition with no holes or rips, dashboard is in good condition, no cracks or fading. The exterior is in fair condition. There are a small number of stains on the roof, and some touched-up scratches on the hatch, roof, and front left fender. There is significant rusting on the undercarriage from previous owners' negligence in snowy conditions. All glass, windshield, all doors and rear hatch and quarter panels in super condition. All door and glass seals in good condition. The rear left brake drum, back plate, brake pipe, and wheel cylinder needs to be replaced. Brakes are not functioning due to a corroded brake pipe. Once this is fixed, brakes work well. The Master Cylinder is in good condition and front brake pads are in good condition. The AC core also does not work due to a frontal collision. It needs a new evaporator coil. Compressor works well. Fan blows strong. Heater also works well. Also needs a new battery, as the current one is getting weak. Engine runs strong, but has a very minor oil leak at the timing belt cover. Spark plug wires are in good condition, has a new radiator, hoses, and clamps. Transmission works well. Shifts smoothly. Pulls strong. All wheel drive works. Will need a center diff clutch pack in the future. Power steering, power windows, locks, radio/CD, instrumentation, lighting, and rear window defogger, all work well. New Pioneer front door speakers. Both roof rack and crossbars are in good condition. Full Size spare, jack and tools included. Nice cars that can do some off-roading also.
