Vehicle Detail
Vehicle runs fine, has been stored indoors, and no structural rust.(see undercarriage photos)I will take pictures as needed, buyers request specifics please. 641-525-0376 (leave message)Located in the heartland of Iowa. Currently Owned by Military 'retired' Veteran. Updated photos per several listings here on Ebay. As you can see Jeep is a bit dusty and has soap residue around windshield, placard area also. (photos show) I replaced two piece original windshield with single full width windshield before storing this fall and used plenty soap to ensure I did not damage rubber seal. I hated to see the old two piece go, but the rubber around windshield had dried up, which sent the split windshield down the highway when Jeep was in transport last year. Windshield rubber edging and windshield purchased fromWilly's Jeep. Windshield wipers are manual only, lines are not present to motors. Selling because I have 4 children and they cost more than my wife or I ever imagined. I think they've lengthened my retirement age already! Thanks for looking at my auction. Godbless and support the military! Drove and ran fine for this novice 1950's Jeep driver, a few gear grinds but I'm sure it has seen worse over the last 60 years. I'd used an oil (dip stick) heater to keep the engine warm with this cold snap lately. If I was planning to start it. Batteries freshly charged. Winter or summer the Jeep makes people grin and wave, some salute, they get it ;-)
