With 300 HP from the factory, and a 0-60 time in about 5 seconds, this Volvo is not only one of the safest cars ever put on the road, but also one of the fastest sedans made! The S60 R is anything but your normal S60. And the "R" from the mid 2000s is nothing like the current R-Type-- rather, these R's are complete with refinement and speed. From the factory, this S60 R is equipped with full-time all-wheel drive, a twin-intercooled KKK turbo, 18-inch wheels, Brembo brakes, and Bi-Xenon headlights. Unlike any other Volvos, the R series comes with four-c suspension at the corners and driver-adjustable chassis dampening where you can select from Comfort (for the bumpy roads), Sport (for on the road fun) and Advanced (for the thrill seeker). The car is also equipped with Dynamic Stability Traction Control. The Volvo's suspension and chassis are like no other, with the strut system adjusting nearly 500 times per second to give precise control over the driving experience. (Of course, if you are going to the race track with this car, Volvo provides secrets to undo all of the safety and chassis/suspension features and let this car loose.) This S60 R has factory race-inspired seats and steering wheel, blue gages, leather everywhere and blue stitched on black leather trim. The official interior color is Volvo Atacama Natural which is one of the most amazing interior colors ever!! Its not tan, not brown, not burnt orange-- but, its a mix of something in between that coupled with the black exterior makes an absolutely stunning sight! The stereo in the R is equipped with Dolby Pro Logic surround-sound and sounds fabulous. Our S60 R for sale also comes equipped with a built-in navigation system, memory power driver and passenger heated seats. We see absolutely no issues with the drivetrain, suspension/chassis, and transmission of this car. CLEAN VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT (InstaVIN report available). The engine pulls incredible strong and the turbo kicks in through all designated gears (and man does it put you in the back of your seat!). The transmission shifts smoothly in automatic and on-command in geartronic mode (i.e. clutch-less manual mode). There are no warning lights or service messages on the vehicle. The vehicle has been thoroughly inspected and driven with no issues to note. The exterior is in exception state-- well above expectations of a 2005 model with 90,000 miles on it-- dare we even say, "factory fresh." The only issues found in the car are the bezel on the driver's seat has some slight wear (far less then most Volvo leather--see picture); there is a very slight fade of the clear coat on the downslope of the passenger side drip modeling-- very, very hard to notice, but, we always disclose every issue we know of the car. The paint on this car is nothing less than amazing-- it has been very well cared for and feels like wet glass when you run your hand along it. The interior is super clean and the tires and brakes are in good shape. I dare say, even if you are not a Volvo fan, you would absolutely love this Volvo. Get ready for a thrill ride in this ultra-safe, ultra-fast 2005 Volvo S60 R. This limited production R is one of the finest automobiles produced by Volvo. With 300 HP from the factory, and a 0-60 time in about 5 seconds, this Volvo is not only one of the safest cars ever put on the road, but also one of the fastest sedans made! The S60 R is anything but your normal S60. And the "R" from the mid 2000s is nothing like the current R-Type-- rather, these R's are complete with refinement and speed.
From the factory, this S60 R is equipped with full-time all-wheel drive, a twin-intercooled KKK turbo, 18-inch wheels, Brembo brakes, and Bi-Xenon headlights. Unlike any other Volvos, the R series comes with four-c suspension at the corners and driver-adjustable chassis dampening where you can select from Comfort (for the bumpy roads), Sport (for on the road fun) and Advanced (for the thrill seeker). The car is also equipped with Dynamic Stability Traction Control. The Volvo's suspension and chassis are like no other, with the strut system adjusting nearly 500 times per second to give precise control over the driving experience. (Of course, if you are going to the race track with this car, Volvo provides secrets to undo all of the safety and chassis/suspension features and let this car loose.)
This S60 R has factory race-inspired seats and steering wheel, blue gages, leather everywhere and blue stitched on black leather trim. The official interior color is Volvo Atacama Natural which is one of the most amazing interior colors ever!! Its not tan, not brown, not burnt orange-- but, its a mix of something in between that coupled with the black exterior makes an absolutely stunning sight! The stereo in the R is equipped with Dolby Pro Logic surround-sound and sounds fabulous. Our S60 R for sale also comes equipped with a built-in navigation system, memory power driver and passenger heated seats.
We see absolutely no issues with the drivetrain, suspension/chassis, and transmission of this car. CLEAN VEHICLE HISTORY REPORT (InstaVIN report available). The engine pulls incredible strong and the turbo kicks in through all designated gears (and man does it put you in the back of your seat!). The transmission shifts smoothly in automatic and on-command in geartronic mode (i.e. clutch-less manual mode). There are no warning lights or service messages on the vehicle. The vehicle has been thoroughly inspected and driven with no issues to note. The exterior is in exception state-- well above expectations of a 2005 model with 90,000 miles on it-- dare we even say, "factory fresh." The only issues found in the car are the bezel on the driver's seat has some slight wear (far less then most Volvo leather--see picture); there is a very slight fade of the clear coat on the downslope of the passenger side drip modeling-- very, very hard to notice, but, we always disclose every issue we know of the car. The paint on this car is nothing less than amazing-- it has been very well cared for and feels like wet glass when you run your hand along it. The interior is super clean and the tires and brakes are in good shape.
I dare say, even if you are not a Volvo fan, you would absolutely love this Volvo. If you know what a Volvo is, and you want the most amazing Volvo S60 on the market-- this is it! This car drives like look, looks beautiful, and is fast! Hurry, don't let this one slip by...
