For sale we have a 2000 Honda Insight 1st Generation Electric Hybrid Gasoline. This cars are very sought after and hard to find, especially in the desired 5-speed tranny. The car has a small motor 1.0 Cylinder configuration I-3. Motor fires right up, idles like it should and sounds healthy. The batteries are charging like it should and the car gets over 53 mpg, their known to go up to 70 mpg if their driven properly. The manual 5-speed tranny shifts like butter thru out all the gears and the clutch grabs strong. The outside body of the car is made of aluminum so the body will never rust on them. The body is clean with few scratches and nicks and marks here and there. The interior is clean and well kept. A/C blows cold, heat is warm. Car has after market CD player. The car has the proper Potenza RE92's tires, the fronts are in fair shape the rears are in good shape.. The car has 2 keys and and the 2 alarm fobs. Over all a healthy running Insight that's hard to come by! Terms of sale:Truck is sold "as-is" due to age/miles. Unfortunately we do not take trades and we do not finance. The successful bidder must pay $500 non-refundable deposit to secure the truck. The rest has to be paid only by cash-in-hand or bank certified check.
