1988 Caprice Classic Wagon 1988 Caprice Classic Wagon. This is a great car. I have owned and used this car as my daily driver for three years. I now need a van to haul appliances so this car must go. Holds up to nine passengers. Flip the seats down and you can haul loads of stuff. 4' x 8' sheets of plywood slide right in. Miles 145,000 Factory repaint by GM warranty. New rebuilt turbo 350 transmission in May 2013 ($1,400.00) New fuel pump Newer exhaust system Tires are approx. 50% + tread – Good I purchased this car three years ago with a factory fresh paint job. Today it is still a beautiful car but has a stone chip here and there. Two small areas where there is paint bubbling. The interior is very good. Glass is excellent. Not so perfect; The engine is using some oil. A little leaking and very little burning.
