The bike is in excellent condition. This bike starts and runs excellent and drives down the road excellent. Everything works properly. It was snowing when I took these pics today, so that is the white specks you see!! This is an original bike with all of its' original components on it and mileage in Michigan is documented. The only things not original are the paint and the mufflers, which are from a 1970 SL350. Other than that, it is complete and in excellent condition. The gas tank has been professionally Kreemed. The carbs have been professionally cleaned as well. All cables are excellent. Wiring all original and in place. Seat cover is new. Seat pan is excellent as you can see in the picture I took, and the seat foam is soft and feels good when you ride it. Imagine what you would have here if you just painted it back to its' original color? To find an SL350 that runs and rides this good is difficult to do. I started the bike yesterday and it was 14 degrees!!!! The clutch, brakes, gears and everything work properly with no problems that I see or am aware of. This was my bike in the summer of 1972 and these bikes are incredible bikes. I used to ride my SL350 all over the place with my girl friend on the back!! We would go camping and ride the trails and then ride home on the expressway doing 70pmh 2-up........these were one of the best bikes Honda ever made and are truly a testament to the ruggedness and reliability of the vintage Honda's. You can ride them across country, or, go buzzing off road down a 2 track or trail with ease. Many of these ended up on the track or out in the weeds somewhere, so here you have an opportunity to own a real SL350 from 1971!! Don't let this opportunity slip away.
