Runs quietly w/ stainless steel exhaust system in excellent shape Transmission Smooth and Responsive Rides firmly and comfortably to the roadSteering aligned and straightChrome is beautiful all around - no scratches, scuffs, dents Firestone Whitewalls are in excellent condition, plenty of tread, cleanSheet metal solid overall, corrosion is less than 5% of all metal, none on the frame or structure, only isolated surface bubbles on the trunk and hood and a small rust-rot area on the driver side rear floor pan/wheel well corner edge seam Modern am/fm digital radio mounted under the ashtray above the transmission hump, connected to factory speakersCar is super quiet and smooth, one of the nicest Lincolns I've ever driven/owned Issues - Power steering system is drained, with only manual steering capability right now. System needs flushing and likely seal replacement in the top side power steering gear due to possible blockage in the windshield wiper lines or the wiper unit. The windshield wiper system runs by hydraulic power from the power steering system so wipers are inoperable until the steering system is sealed again, filled with p/s fluid and operable. Other than the leaky seal/blockage the p/s system is in excellent condition when powered - like "one finger" turn good - Gas gauge is stuck at 1/4 or below- Power window switches need rebuild - All front motors work strong (both vent and front windows; rear windows not tested, switches appear inoperable- Vacuum modulator adjustment needed on transmission linkage, car sometimes goes into neutral at idle speed while at running temperature. Once engine is slightly revved, it kicks back into gear, no problem.
