I purchased this car last year from a dealer, It had a salvage title due to flood at the dealership. Some cars at this dealer didn`t even get into the water due to uneven surface of the lot. This car was on a higher spot and water just hit carpets, didn`t `even reach bottom of seats. It`s easy to see if you look under seats and under dash inside. As I said car has zero issues and never had one. I took it through all inspections and recieved a good title for it with note "rebuilt". So you won`t have to take any additional steps to register it.
