Vehicle Detail
I originally bought this truck to do a complete restore and drive on the weekends. My plan was not to use as a daily but just a weekend cruiser. When I bought the truck from the owner in Tucson he had just installed a rebuilt 305 and 700r4 transmission. The engine and Trans had only 9k on it on when he sold it to me. This truck is very restorable and rust free. It has some light body damage but over all very straight and clean. The interior is also very well kept. It was already lowered but the front end needed redoing. It still sits lowered at 6inch in the rear and 4 inches in the front. I have put a lot of time into the engine and front end and brakes. It now runs perfect and screams off the line. It has a real nice dual exhaust with cross over pipe and really nice side pipes. I will try and list as much as I can on what I have done. I have all the receipts and all the original engine parts like valve cover, pan emission stuff and intake. Can be driven any where, tires have lots tread.I have way over 4500 in engine and frontend alone. · Complete Engine top half tear down and rebuild · New Edelbrock performer intake manifold · New Edelbrock 600 cfm with electric choke · New Accel distro cap/rotor kit gold plated tips · New Accel 8mm Wires · New water pump · New Chrome fuel pump · New fuel rail and gauge · New 100amp Chrome Alternator and bracket · New Chrome pulley set · New Steering gear box · New power steering box · New hoses · New Edelbrock air cleaner and valve covers · New Chrome Oil pan and transmission pan · New Ceramic Chrome Headers · New 2 inch Dual Exhaust with cross over pipe · New Chrome Exhaust pipes · New Chrome Fan Shroud · New Battery · New Battery Cables · 4 core radiator rod, boiled and sealed · New gaskets all the way around and new real main seal · New upper, lower bail joints, tie rod ends, tie rod sleeves. · New A arm bushing · New stabilizer bushings · New Front rotors, brake calipers, brake lines, brake shoes · New front coil springs · New front end alignment · New oil, temp and battery Gauges( custom fitted) I have over 300 photos at this link: https://picasaweb.google.com/117266941834583678312/1985C10All?authuser=0&feat=directlinkRuns perfect and leaks ZERO fluids. It can be driven any where, just keep in mind it probably would burn a lot of gas and shipping it would be cheaper. It currently is tag and registered as a classic vehicle and tags are good until Oct 2014 Email me with any questions (Offers welcome).
