1979 Honda CB

Up for sale is my 1979 CB650. It shows just 12k miles. It does not run and hasn't in a few years. It ran fine when i last rode it over 2 years ago. I believe it will need a new battery and carbs cleaned/rebuilt. Bike is in very good condition for its age. The valve cover is seeping and should be resealed. Tires have less than 200 miles on them. i think the chain and sprockets are original. mufflers rusted through at the bottom and have been patched. I have lost the title so bike will be sold with power of attorney and a bill of sale. I have checked with IL DMV and was told that is all that will be needed for buyer to get title and registration due to the age of the bike.
