Up for auction is a pristine 1988 Chevy K5 Blazer. The vehicle is a custom ordered Silverado from Kennedy Chevrolet in Windsor Colorado. The original owner bought the truck to be able to handle the tough Colorado winters, but directly after purchase was given a company truck through his business. Therefore, the Blazer resided most of its life in a heated garage, only occasionally taken out to go skiing with the family. The truck was special ordered with the venerable Chevy fuel injected 350, the 4 speed automatic with overdrive, a 3.73 axle ratio with a rear locking differential, the towing package which includes a heavy duty radiator and transmission oil cooler, factory tinted windows, air conditioning, a power rear window, and a special two-tone paint of Doeskin tan and Woodlands Brown. The interior was custom ordered in a Saddle Tan. Included in the sale is the original window sticker, the original pre-delivery inspection paperwork, and paperwork from M&O Tires from Greeley Colorado showing the current tires installed on 11-12-01 with the trucks odometer reading 10,200 miles. The tires are still in perfect condition because of being stored in a regulated heated garage. The truck starts, runs, drives, and performs flawlessly in every aspect. It is literally an almost bran new vehicle from 1988.
