For Sale: Very nice Red 1968 Volkswagen Beetle. Classic Icon from the 60's and 70's. This car is a blast to drive and gets a ton of looks. Beetle only has 46,095 miles on it. This is believed to be the original mileage after much title searching and research. This Beetle was restored 8 years and was repainted at the same time. This vehicle is in excellent driver quality and not a trailer queen. I reserve to end the auction early as the Vehicle is for sale locally as well. Low reserve for such a low mileage Beetle. Jeff 612-567-6023On Nov-23-13 at 11:26:35 PST, seller added the following information: *** In the picture of the bottom of the engine it looks wet due to a broken fuel line that happened this morning. This will be repaired before the vehicle is picked up, shipped or driven home. Once repaired it will be degreased and cleaned up.*** The floor pan is super clean. The only spots of rust on the car we noticed once it was lifted up is on the passenger side in front of the rear wheel well, under the quarter panel, next to the floor pan. Talking to our VW dealership it is a very common place for these cars. The drivers side is discolored due to missing paint but, no holes and is not rusted. There are also three small bubbles on the lower quarter panel on the passenger side above the step plate. These are all less than 1/8" each. There is a 1/4" bubble under the paint on the passenger side lower corner of the door. Please ask questions of specific pictures or for general questions.
