Here is a very well maintained 82 BMW R100RS with about 72,000 miles on it in Polaris Graphite Smoke paint which is one of BMW's nicest schemes.Matching numbers and clear title.The speedo works but the odometer does not as often they don't on these models.I may take a look and see if I can fix it by auction end.The bike runs great and everything is in good working order except odometer.The clock works and has been disconnected to spare the battery.The bike is pretty much all original except for Brown side stand, stainless steel brake lines Koni shocks and progressive front springs.Wesco sealed battery and a good set of continental tires.The carbs have been synched and the bike has plenty of power,handles great and stops fine.Trans is smooth. It has the newer style saddlebags which are a bit wider than the older ones.There are some small scratches and chips here and there as expected with it's age.The rear rack is scuffed but was added from another bike.There are a couple of small dings in one of the mufflers where some sweet thing's spiked heels got too friendly with it.This is not a show bike but the paint is pretty nice.This bike is setup and ready for the long haul with a great price.There is a toolkit and owners manual.The photos and video will show the details.
