This 2002 was a California car that had ended up in Utah for a short time and I brought it back to Southern California. I spent a good deal of money to change the color to French blue as a personal preference. There was no history of body damage or accidents and you will be able to tell when you see it closely. There is no detectable rust on the body or the undercarriage at all. I grew up loving these little 2002s in Europe and as an enthusiast of classic BMWs, I ended up spending more and more money on it just to make it as good as my other 2002. I had my mechanic repair anything that needed attention which was not limited to the breaks, shocks, water-pump, cam-cover gaskets, plugs, tires and general mechanical look-over. The records are available. It drives really nice and it sounds fantastic with it's modified exhaust system. It can be used and enjoyed on daily basis. The interior is well above average and looks fantastic. I have set the reserve low enough to sell it quickly and I know that it will bring a lot of joy to it's new owner.
