2001 Cadillac DeVille 4-Door Sedan 4.6L Northstar V8 Engine Automatic Transmission Front Wheel Drive NO RESERVE!!!! Here we have a beautiful 2013 Cadillac DeVille four door sedan. Equipped with the 4.6L Northstar V8 Engine, automatic transmission and front wheel drive, this is a great used sedan. This car has only 130,010 miles on it and still runs great! Last bidder wins! Here is your chance to get a great used sedan at a great deal!! Engine runs great, transmission shifts smooth and the brakes stop well. The car has a couple minor mechanical needs but it is priced accordingly. This is a beautiful car and well worth putting a couple bucks into. There is occasionally a very slight smell of fresh oil burning, like there is a drip on the exhaust manifold. This is very common in this era Cadillac. Usually they just need fresh valve cover gaskets. There are two service codes that need attention. One is a catalyst code, most likely a catalytic converter or sensor. There was also a torque converter code. The owner of the car stated to me the lights have come on occasionally but the car still runs and drives fine. His mechanic cleared the codes and they haven’t returned but they weren’t fixed either. I always advertise when a light is on and I don’t clear them out so they are off when a car sells, so I’m just fully disclosing that they were on previously. The car was serviced recently and isn’t due for service again until about 132k miles. The car just had a fresh detail inside and out. The body looks amazing with only a few very minor cosmetic flaws. The car has misc. light scratches and nicks from average use. There is a small crease on the left rear wheel well. And a scuff on the left rear corner of the bumper. Other than that, there is no other body damage, dents, etc. The interior is nice and clean with no rips or tears. This is a CLEAN NON-SMOKING interior. All four tires are Michelin Symmetry with approximately 50% tread remaining. See pictures for details. What you bid is what you pay, so bid to win! Vehicle must be paid for within 7 days of auction end and must be picked up within 14 days of auction end. Due to the agreement with my landlord vehicles left over a 14 day period may be subject to a storage charge of $35 per day starting on the 15th day. If this storage charge will apply to you, you will be given notice prior to storage charges beginning to accrue. I’m usually pretty lenient with this rule, however there are certain instances when it must be must be enforced (i.e. vehicle still here 2 months after you won). I understand sometimes shipping companies give people the runaround and I’m not looking to hurt anyone. If you are actively working to get your vehicle shipped, you will most likely not be charged. All buyers MUST make a non-refundable deposit of $500 within 24 hours of auction end via Paypal. This is now a requirement on all my vehicle auctions due to the increased amount of NON-PAYING bidders. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this requirement due to prior bad experiences. If we do not have a deposit or contact from the buyer within 24 hours, we reserve the right to sell the vehicle to a back up buyer. Remaining payment must be cash (in person), wire transfer or cashier’s check. We do not accept Paypal for payment in full due to the high fees. In addition, eBay will only allow us to accept Paypal for the deposit and requires we select another method of payment for the balance. Vehicle Pickup If you plan to pick up your vehicle in person here is a general guideline of my availability. I’m usually available Monday or Wednesday after 4pm or most times Friday, Saturday, or Sunday at this time. I do have a life outside of eBay, 2 full time jobs, as well as family obligations. Please setup a time for pickup with me before picking a day or booking any travel arrangements as I may have previous commitments. If you are having your vehicle shipped and picked up by a transporter they can pick it up 7 days a week as long as I have 24 hours notice. It may not always be possible to pick up the same day or next day after an auction ends. I need time to get the proper paperwork in order prior to vehicle delivery. The vehicle is being stored at a trucking facility and we can be very flexible with helping a shipper load the vehicle or arranging a pick up time. If you are having your vehicle shipped and picked up by a transporter they can pick it up 7 days a week as long as I have 24 hours notice. I usually need a days notice so I can make your vehicle accessible and make sure I can have someone meet the driver if I am unable to. I reserve the right to refuse your transporter if they don’t give me sufficient notice. This is usually not a problem but lately I’ve been having shippers either give me an hours notice or just plain showing up unannounced. If your shipper does not have the required equipment to load his own truck (example: shows up with an enclosed box trailer and no ramps) and requires the assistance of my storage facility to load, the vehicle may be subject to loading charges (typically $75). This charge should be assumed by the unprepared trucker however if he refuses to pay we reserve the right to either turn him away or call you to approve payment of the additional charge. We will not charge our customers any additional charges without prior notice and consent. Due to weight and hazmat requirements, most shippers require vehicles to have less than 1/8th of a tank of fuel in them prior to shipping. Vehicles may be low on fuel at pickup or upon arrival when shipped. I can provide shipping quotes within New England only.
