I bought this car new and have been the only driver. I had a Greddy Turbo Kit installed, along with an intercooler, stainless steel performance exhaust system, and Clifford security system. I never raced it or smoked in it and always fed it 93 octane gas and fully synthetic performance oil. It runs very well but will need a boost controller for full throttle acceleration. I've also recently replaced the timing belt, water pump, shocks, breaks, and suspension.
