You are bidding on a non-running CB400A. You will need a pickup or trailer to come get this bike. Payment will be at least $75 deposit, via Paypal within 48 hours of auction ends, cashier's check or Paypal for the balance on pickup unless arrangements are made otherwise. Hondamatic bike - Automatic 2-speed. I picked this up in 2009 to get all the benefits of a scooter without any of the drawbacks, and it was certainly the right call. It worked for me, for my commute, just nicely as it was fast enough to keep up with traffic even at 60 MPH+. The bike was running until I neglected it over the winter. It seems I left the fuel-valve 'on', fuel bypassed the carbs and wound up in the crankcase, diluting the oil. It is suggested that the new owner change the oil and clean the carbs before starting the bike. Other issues include a sometimes-functioning one-way bearing for the starter motor, which only affects the electric start-button (kickstart still works) and a few dings and scratches. Photos should show condition. Selling at the wrong time, in the wrong condition - pick up this bike CHEAP. Bike is located in Glenside, PA, and delivery is NOT available. Pickup can be scheduled. As pictured, the title is clean and in my hands, along with a key. Help loading the bike is certainly offered.
