1981 Porsche 911SC. This car was delivered from the factory as a standard 911SC Targa, it was later converted to a turbo look cabriolet. The work looks quite good, the conversion was done with factory parts and fitted to a high standard. Minilite style wheels have also been added and, in my opinion, make for a neat period wheel choice. Mechanically, the car is excellent. I was actually a bit surprised at how well it runs/drives/shifts. It has one of the nicer shifting 915 gearboxes that we have had come through in the last few years. Cosmetically, I would describe the paint as nice "driver" quality. It has typical stone chips and other assorted flaws that are to be expected with a car that has been driven and enjoyed. This would make a great entry level driver for someone looking to break into aircooled 911s, from what I can see, the only thing that needs any real attention is the plastic rear window. The plastic itself is intact and in good shape but is cloudy. You may be able to sort this out with one of the vinyl restoration kits but should budget to have a new piece of plastic stitched into the rear part of the top.
