Vehicle Detail
This is a preunit triumph build, numbers matching!!! Frame, engine, and transmission are all numbers matching 58 T110 which matches title, which is why frame is uncut with struts instead of true hardtail, could still turn into correct restoration. Bike was built for a total of 5 years. Engine completely rebuilt by a local builder that has been specializing in British bikes since 1963. Was put together with a bonneville head to incorporate the dual Amal monoblocs. Engine runs great. Paint was done about 4 years ago in pagan gold, this past winter the candy root beer scallops were added with pin striping, has tiny chip in rear fender from a stone or something, bike has been ridden so paint has the normal road wear, nothing major though. Wheels are vintage alloy wheels, front has Avon rubber rear is Coker classic. Has vintage selle guilari seat. Most parts on bike are era correct with very small amount of newer parts that are repops of the vintage 60's parts. Have had bike on road for past 3 years and probably put on about 600 miles, only about 120 miles this year. Was planning on switching clutch plates, top end gaskets and changing all fluids this winter but now I am forced to sell this. Would do a good lookover of bike before riding. Bike is not brand new obviously so owner will have to maintain the bike. Sold as is. please look close at pictures and ask questions if needed. Dont miss out on a chance to own this era correct bike that is sure to get looks wherever you go, i know ive had people come up to me and say that his bike looks exactly like the bike they drooled over in the 60's. Video is of the bike cold, 42 degrees outside, and coming out of storage for a month, notice taking awhile to "tickle" carbs. Buyer will be responsible shipping, I can also deliver in the Midwest or surrounding states for the price of gas.
