This auction will be for a very original 1993 Toyota Celica GT Convertible. This front wheel drive two door sport convertible is a very original and solid car. However, it is being sold as a project car needing some work. This Celica GT has a White exterior finish with a Gray cloth interior and Black convertible top. It comes nicely equip with power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, tilt wheel steering, air conditioning, cruise control and an am/fm/cd player. The drivetrain is a good running 2.2 liter fuel injected four cylinder engine with a manual five speed transmission. The engine starts right up and runs good, but the clutch slides alittle. It still is drivable but will need to be replaced. There is also a rattle coming from underneath and a drive pulley for one of the belts needs to be replaced. Other than that, the Celica runs and drives out OK. It also appears to have had the timing belt done at 118,261 miles. It is good going down the road and just needs the before mentioned mechanics replaced. The Gray cloth interior has a nice appearance. There is a full floor console, headrests on the seats and a drivers SRS airbag. The cloth seating is in great shape with no major rips or tears. No heavy stains and no missing or broken trim items. The seats, carpet, door panels and dash panel all have a nice original appearance. The radio is not working, the air conditioning is not working and the power top is fussy, working only when it wants to. All the other electrical items seem to be working as they should. Power windows, power door locks, power mirrors etc. all seem OK. All the lights and gauges are also working. Overall there is a nice original condition to the interior and it looks good. The White exterior appearance of this Celica is really good. The paint looks all original and we see no signs of any previous accidents or repairs. There are some small rust chips starting in the corners but really that's all. The body is solid and there are no rust issues. The paint needs a good buff and it will then shine very nice. The panels are all very straight and there are no dents or damage. We see no paint touch ups either overall this Celica has a good original hard to find appearance. With 143,856 miles this 1993 Toyota Celica is a hard to find original car. It will need work as mentioned above, but if you are handy or mechanically inclined you could fix the car easily. With some work to the car it would be a very nice original car for a first time driver, a good spare car or even a daily driver. This is to be done with one of the following methods: Bank to Bank wire transfer, Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Check or Money Order. Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. We will not accept Paypal transfers over $250. Financing is not available at this time. 7)DELIVERY METHODS: A)Door to door shipping is acceptable. There are an endless number of transporters and brokers ready to serve you. We recommend you search the Internet for quotes prior to bidding. We will assist with the delivery any way we can. B)Massachusetts does not issue temporary license plates. So we use this standard procedure for out of state transactions. We ask that the buyer makes full payment on the vehicle. Once payment has been received and cleared, we will overnight mail to you the title and our bill of sale. At this point the buyer can register and acquire plates for pick up. Every State tends to have different laws so please check your state first if this is a concern. C)To Fly-In-Drive-Home, please use Logan Airport, Boston, MA. as the airport of choice. From there take the Logan Express Shuttle to Woburn, MA. This is about a ten minute ride and a courtesy pick up from us is available at that point. 8)Payment is to be received in full and all payment methods must clear before the release of the vehicle and/or any paperwork can be given. 9)Unless agreed upon, the vehicle is to be picked up within (7) days. After (7) days the vehicle will be brought to a storage facility subject to their liens for release. 10)Not concurring with any of the above terms could result in a loss of this sale.
