This scout was most recently in Idaho, but spent most of its life in Arizona. I've had a few Internationals, and some very nice ones, but never one this rust free. The scout needs a complete mechanical and cosmetic restoration. The scout is equipped with a 345 V8, automatic transmission and factory A/C. Body: One exterior re-spray. Lots of dings and dents. The rear tailgate has a large dent down low. There are some stress cracks at the hing mounts for the rear fold up window. There is a stress crack at the top of the drivers door near the wind wing. I've pulled carpet and insualtion up in a few spots, there is surface rust on the floors that will need to be cleaned up. Please look through the detail photos, this is a very solid truck. 55 HIGH RES PHOTOS CLICK "VIEW ALL" Mechanical: Overall completely adequate to move onto a trailer under its own power. The 345 starts right up, but falters when you give it a lot of throttle. The transmission works, but the selector shaft seal leaks. The steering gear has a hard spot, and it leaks quite a bit. The plastic fuel neck is damaged and does not stay up in its hole. I've put four gallons in the tank and covered the neck for transport. Interior: The front seats are not International. The rest of the interior needs to be re-done. There are cracks in the dash pad. There are holes in the door panels for speakers. This is a no reserve auction. Please do not ask me to end it early.
