This is not optional and must be made within the time stated. Up for auction is a 1997 Ford F250 Heavy Duty extended cab truck with 278,204 miles on it. This truck has the 5.8 L V-8 and it starts, runs and drives. The ABS light is on and the rear brake line has a leak in it causing the brakes to be extremely soft. This truck was driven about 5 miles before the brake line blew on it and it drove ok. The truck has dual fuel tanks. The body has some damage on the right side toward the fron of the bed. It has an 8' bed that has some rust in/on it. There is some damage to the front grille. It has a tow package with an electric brake controller in the cab that has power. It is unknown if it is completely operational. The side mirrors are power and function correctly. The power windows and door locks appear to function correctly. The A/C appears to blow cold. The tailgate has a broken handle. The spare tire carrier is hanging down and has been strapped up under the bed. There is no spare for the truck. There is also some drivers side fender damage. The upholstery has some rips in it and it needs to be cleaned. This is all we know about the mechanical condition of the truck.
