This is a restoration project '67 Triumph Daytona 'Super Sports'. It has matching engine and frame numbers H51447 and a clear MI title in my name. This is a twin-carb 500cc model (baby Bonneville) - rated 41hp @ 7,200 rpm (little hot rod of its day !). Motor turns over although it has not run in a long time I think. Original colors were Pacific Blue over White - high pipes have been added at some point - it was definitely a 'road' model. Restoration of sheetmetal parts started ('brown' parts you see have been properly cleaned and primered to prevent re-rusting). There is a small cylinder head fin piece missing and chaincase has had typical chain break but been welded nicely (see photos). Missing speedo, left footrest, chainguard, headlamp and other miscellaneous parts. Give me your best offer - need to make room for other projects.
