This 2002 Chevy Silverado Extended Cab(4-dr.) was totaled out by the previous owners Insurance Company and will be an easy repairable and a valuable, hard to find truck when repaired. The engine is the popular 4.8L V8 that sounds excellent and drives great, automatic transmission shifts great and has 2-wheel drive. The damage is what can be seen on left bed side and back of cab. Good windshield and air bags, no frame damage as pictures show and one of the easier rebuilders that I have ran across in a while along with one of the cleanest and most well kept trucks I have seen in a while. This truck came to me in this high detailed condition with nothing needed but a wash job and appears to have had a good home. The truck has a hoist in the bed for the handicapped to raise & lower some type of scooter or wheelchair? This is a local truck and had a local phone number where the electric hoist was installed, I contacted the company and was told it was purchased and installed in April of 2012 at a cost of $2995. This tells me that if this could be sold for a good price and that money applied to the cost of repairs? It was mounted in the bed where you see it when I got the truck, works perfect and will be there when you pick up to do whatever you wish with it?
The truck will drive(no tail light)fine but I always suggest trailer or hire a transport to get home safe and with what ya left with. The truck will be stored inside & kept safe until picked up.
The overall truck is in great shape with no rust or hail dings except for whatever can be seen in pics that will be normal wear & tear.
The interior also is in excellent condition with all options working including cruise, cd player and cold air. Looks to have belonged to a non-smoker and no odor from pets or anything else.
A Carfax reported a good history and will be available upon delivery at no charge.
