This is 1972 Triumph Tiger that I purchased from a friend. He had all the sheet metal painted, OEM rims were striped, chromed and laced with new spokes. He had the top end rebuilt by a local Triumph mechanic. The bottom end was checked out and deemed good to run. He did all this, got cheap and did not have the trans gone thru. Got it all together and running, then about 2 weeks later the trans started acting up. It wouldn't go into first gear and was hard to shift into other gears. He lost interest and parked it. I bought it from him about one year after he parked it. Thought I was going to finish this, just have too many projects right now. The frame and engine numbers do not match. The paper work matches the frame number. It will need a battery, carb cleaned or rebuilt. trans repaired and some tinkering to have good riding bike. I put some oil in the spark plug holes and kick it over every once in awhile just to make sure it doesn't lock up. It comes with some extra parts OEM headlight, gauge mounts, passenger pegs, rubber fork boots, check out the picture. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arrangements.
