THIS VEHICLE HAS A RECONSTRUCTED TITLE AND HAVE GONE TO AN ENHANCE INSPECTION TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS AND SAFETY RULES OF THE STATE OF PA, IN MANY OCCASIONS INSURANCE COMPANY WRITE OFF VEHICLES AS SALVAGE FOR MINOR DAMAGE AND RESOLD AT AUCTION WHICH LOWER THE COST OF A GOOD VEHICLE, IF YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH REGARDING RECONSTRUCTED VEHICLE IT IS DIFFERENT FROM A SALVAGE, BECAUSE THE TITLE IS LIKE A CLEAR TITLE AND READY TO DRIVE ON THE ROAD AND GUARANTEED THAT ALL REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM, SO ITS LIKE BUYING A NEW VEHICLE ALL OVER AGAIN. THIS VEHICLE WAS A THEFT RECOVERY, HEAD LIGHT ON PASSENGER SIDE WAS DAMAGE, GRILLE WAS STOLEN AND CABLES ALSO HAVE BEEN REPLACED, ALL REPAIRS WERE DONE TO RESTORE THIS VEHICLE TO ITS ORIGINAL LIFE. THIS BEAUTIFUL NAVIGATOR HAS A LITTLE OVER 100K IT HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM NORTH CAROLINA TO NY FOR A TEST TRIP AND THIS BABY WAS AS SMOOTH AS FLYING, IT HAS JUST ABOUT EVERY FEATURES MINUS THE NAVIGATION SYSTEM, THE BLACK LEATHER SEATS ARE ALMOST LIKE NEW AND PRETTY CLEAN, CARPET IS VERY CLEAN, IT HAS TV/DVD PLAYER, ALL POWER SEATS WITH FOLDED 3RD ROW SEATS, FOLDED MIRROR, PARK ASSISTANCE, SUNROOF, POWER RUNNING BOARD, POWER LIFT GATE, IT IS ALSO EQUIP WITH THE XENON/HID HEAD LIGHTS, THE BODY IS CLEAN WITH MINOR SCRATCHES IN THE LOWER FRONT BUMPER ON THE PASSENGER SIDE, LOWER REAR BUMPER NEAR BOTTOM IN THE SILVER AREA MAY NEED A LITTLE BIT MORE CLEANING, THE LIFT GATE BY THE WIPER HAS A LITTLE PAINT BUBBLE BUT STILL LOOKS GOOD, the actual miles on teh truck is 108,084 we put 110 because it is also listed locally in different lots in case we have to drive it from lots to lots should a customer wants to see it and test drive, but most likely you will get it at the same low miles.WE TRY OUR BEST TO DESCRIBE EVERY VEHICLE IF A MINOR DETAIL IS MISSING PLEASE DO KNOW IT HAPPENS WITH USED VEHICLES, BUT NEVER A MAJOR DETAIL IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH SHIPPING PLEASE LET US KNOW OR YOU MAY ARRANGE YOUR OWN SHIPPING OPTIONS, SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDING SALES OF PRICE This vehicle was sold, but being relisted because buyer was expecting tax return, but refund was held by IRS for outstanding taxes owed, so he cannot afford to pay balance and must turn away from vehicle. DEFINITIONS Reconstructed Vehicle - A vehicle, other than an antique or classic vehicle, for which a certificate of salvage was issued and is thereafter restored to operating condition to meet the vehicle equipment and inspection standards. Salvage Vehicle - A vehicle which is inoperable or unable to meet the vehicle equipment and inspection standards to the extent that the cost of repairs would exceed the value of the repaired vehicle. The term does not include a vehicle which would qualify as an antique or classic vehicle except for its lack of restoration or maintenance. PROCEDURE AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED: Y Reconstructed Vehicles must be restored to their original operating condition as designed by the vehicle manufacturer and must conform to the original manufacturer's specifications and appearance. This includes (but is not limited to) air bags, seat belt/restraint systems, emissions components, etc. Y All reconstructed vehicles must undergo an enhanced vehicle safety inspection to ensure the vehicle is in compliance with all equipment and inspection requirements. This inspection must be performed at an enhanced vehicle safety inspection station. A list of these stations can be found at www.dmv.state.pa.us. Click on the link for Business Partner Info, then Station Owners and Mechanics. Y Once the vehicle has successfully passed the enhanced inspection, the enhanced inspector or certified document reviewer will photograph the vehicle and examine the documentation presented by the vehicle owner to support titling the vehicle. Required documentation includes, but is not limited to: 9 Form MV-426B (Application for Reconstructed, Specially Constructed, Collectible, Modified, Flood, Recovered Theft Vehicles and Street Rods) with all applicable signatures. Note: Obsolete versions of Form MV-426 or MV-426B with a revision date of December 2006 (12-06) or earlier will not be accepted. 9 Proof of ownership in the form of: o Pennsylvania Certificate of Salvage o Certificate of Salvage issued by another state or jurisdiction o Certificate of Title issued by another state or jurisdiction and indicating the vehicle was reconstructed in another state or jurisdiction o The following documents are not accepted by Pennsylvania as proof of ownership: - Form 907A issued by the state of New York - Any title, certificate of origin, statement of origin or certificate of salvage that indicates the vehicle is to be used for parts only; is not suitable to be rebuilt or titled; or is not designed, constructed or intended for use on public roadways.
