IMMACULATE 2004 BMW E46 M3 Rare Phoenix Gold Metallic Yellow Paint Black Napa Leather and Aluminum Trim Interior I am selling my amazing M3 because it is time for something else. It has a CLEAR CLEAN California Title with Pink Slip in hand. I am the second owner and purchased it from the same BMW dealership that sold the car new to the first owner. I am a BMW enthusiast and a car fanatic and have impeccably cared for and maintained this driving machine. I have all manuals, paperwork, the original window stickers, service records, receipts, etc. The car is immaculate and unbelievably clean. It turns heads and gets thumbs up wherever it goes. Both paint and interior are in near perfect condition. It also has several pricey, worthwhile upgrades, including Brembo big brakes all around, 19-inch 2 piece forged lightweight alloy wheels, Borla exhaust, Carbonio carbon fiber cold air intake, upgraded computer programming, a 6 disk MP3 changer, OEM Navigation, and more. You'll notice this M3 looks different from all the stockers out there. Reference all the body color matched custom bits, like the washer nozzles and washer nozzle vent grill, inside headlight surrounds, headlight eyebrows, front bumper side markers, lower front grill, and more. There is over $25,000 in the SSR wheels, Brembo brakes, Borla exhaust, and Carbonio intake on this car alone. Then add in all the documented new parts put on in the last several years: new radiator, new water pump, new alternator, new battery, new tires, new Hawk brake pads in the Brembo calipers, rebuilt SMG pump, new Vanos and engine wiring harness, new wishbones/arms/bushing/suspension front and rear... the list goes on. Things on this M3 were replaced with brand new BMW parts BEFORE they failed because it is a performance machine. Every inspection and oil change has been done on schedule, on record. The next inspection isn't due for about 7,000 miles. The car has new Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires on the rear (warrantied for another 13,000 miles), new Hawk brake pads, and a Bosch battery (under warranty until 2018). The SMG pump has already been rebuilt (a common issue with SMG M3's). The car is very solid mechanically and tip top aesthetically. You are welcome to arrange for any qualified mechanic to inspect it- I will bring it to the shop of your choice. I can also refer you to Gino at German Import Service in Simi Valley, whom has maintained it for years and knows it well. You will see an accident on the vehicle report that occurred 3/7/2010 and was a minor fender bender in a Home Depot parking lot where someone crossed parking lot lines and hit the front bumper while parked. The front bumper was damaged, so it was completely replaced- no other damage resulted. Police were called because the other driver fled the scene. There was only 1 accident, they just show it when occurred in 2010 then when it was reported to the car check agency 1 year later.
